以自然釀造醬油為基礎，採用再釀造方法精心陳釀，

並採用日本獨特技術，在追求同樣美味的同時，將鹽含量降低至8.9%。

自然釀造的低鹽醬油

一般的醬油含有約15％的鹽分，而減鹽醬油則會在釀造後除去成分中的鹽分，

將其比例減至將近一半的8.9％左右。
雖然鹹味確實不比一般的醬油來得明顯，

但醬油本身的滋味並沒有太大的感變。

如果重視養生或家中有長輩而想降低鹽分攝取量的話，

則相當推薦選擇此類型。
